Returns, Warranties & Refund

Returns

1. Goods sold are not exchangeable and returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
2. All returns (if any) will be in the form of e-gift cards for use on MyLO Mom online shop.

Refund

1. No cash refund after orders are received.
2. If you change your mind about the order and would like to cancel the order:
   • before shipment – MyLO Mom will issue an e-gift card (3mths validity) value less 10% administrative fees from the amount paid. The order will not be shipped out.
   • Shipment arranged or out for delivery – strictly no refund as item is already with shipping carrier.
3. Pre-Orders, Promotions & Clearance sales are strictly non-refundable upon payment completion.

Warranties

1. There are no warranties unless specified on product page.
2. For manufacturer defects, customers must notify us within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery.
3. MyLO Mom will review and a decision will be made within 2 weeks.
4. MyLO Mom will not entertain any products that are reported manufacturer defects after 2 working days from date of delivery.
