Returns, Warranties & Refund
Returns
- Goods sold are not exchangeable and returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
- All returns (if any) will be in the form of e-gift cards for use on MyLO Mom online shop.
Refund
- No cash refund after orders are received.
- If you change your mind about the order and would like to cancel the order:
- before shipment – MyLO Mom will issue an e-gift card (3mths validity) value less 10% administrative fees from the amount paid. The order will not be shipped out.
- Shipment arranged or out for delivery – strictly no refund as item is already with shipping carrier.
- Pre-Orders, Promotions & Clearance sales are strictly non-refundable upon payment completion.
Warranties
- There are no warranties unless specified on product page.
- For manufacturer defects, customers must notify us within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery.
- MyLO Mom will review and a decision will be made within 2 weeks.
- MyLO Mom will not entertain any products that are reported manufacturer defects after 2 working days from date of delivery.
