Application of Terms of Service

1. The clauses in these general terms & conditions supersede all terms and conditions printed on customer’s documentation such as purchase order, invoices and delivery note.
2. No terms or conditions endorsed or delivered in any documents will amend or vary the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions. Customer will waive any right which it might have to rely on such terms and conditions.

Pricing

1. All pricing are subject to alteration from time to time at the discretion of MyLO Mom without prior notice.

Delivery

1. There will be no refund and/or re-delivery of orders that had the wrong delivery address provided to MyLO Mom.
   

Warranty & Exclusions

1. There are no warranties for all products unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
2. Warranty (if any) will be covered by selected service center as indicated on the product page.
3. MyLO Mom will not be liable for any personal injury, death, losses and/or damage suffered due to negligence when using the product.
